Free delivery throughout Switzerland

All products are shipped free of charge to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We dispatch all orders using the Swiss Post priority service.

For products that are available in our warehouse in Thalwil, the following applies: All orders that we receive from Mon-Fri by 4.00 pm are dispatched on the same day and generally arrive at the delivery address on the morning of the next working day.

Express delivery, at 09.00 in the morning

All orders received by us from Mon-Fri by 4.00 p.m. are dispatched express on the same day and arrive at the delivery address by 9.00 a.m. the following day. An additional fee of CHF 20 will be charged for this express service.

Delivery to EU countries

We deliver directly to the listed EU countries. Delivery is made by UPS/FEDEX within 2-3 working days. An EORI number is required for companies. We deliver net, VAT is charged directly by UPS/FEDEX or customs.

Deliveries to the EU are free of charge from an amount of 1000 swiss francs. Below this amount, we charge a flat rate of 50 swiss francs.
